Guest Experience Team

We are excited to preannounce the development of our up-and-
coming Guest Experience Team. First impressions count and we want our first-time visitors to feel welcome from the parking lot to the platform and for them to know that we’re appreciative for them choosing us to share in their worship experience. Some of the responsibilities will include Welcome and Hospitality, First-Time Guest Engagement and providing Information and Guidance.

Basic Qualifications:
• A warm, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A heart for hospitality and service.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns gracefully.
• Knowledge of church values, mission, culture and ministries (training provided).
